Wedding Albums

We'll custom design a visually interesting and artistic representation of your wedding day from the images you select, and assemble them into our book-bound Digital Storybook Album.

All of our albums include your selection of up to 60 images and usually between 24-30 album pages. This is a number we have found to provide an adequate amount of imagery to represent most weddings. Of course, we encourage the selection of more images and especially, given the large amount of beautiful and useful imagery we create!

The size of the albums we offer contain print sizes 10x10 and 12x12 though, other sizes are available i.e. 8x8, 12x15, 11x14, etc. These sizes represent the approximate size of the actual flush-mounted photo print album pages and consequently, the actual album (cover) is larger.

We don't use "canned" album page templates. We let the actual photos determine the design i.e. layout, size, and number of images per page consequently, all of our albums are custom creations!

Each image for your album is given special digital enhancements, album page photos are printed on real photo paper (Kodak is still the best) and given a UV and moisture protectorant seal. Album page photo prints are flush-mounted onto thick hard-backed, gilded pages for longevity and "weight". Our albums also have one of, if not the smallest, "page gaps" in the industry i.e. the gap between album page bindings pages.

Note: The imagery created and the skill and style of photography required to create that imagery, is dictated by the type of wedding event you are having i.e. garden wedding vs. traditional church wedding, hotel "sit-down" reception or outdoor garden reception, etc. Unfortunately, many couples are attracted by a particular style of photography or album design, only to be disappointed by the results, either because of poor image quality for lack of technical skill in varying locations, or by an album whose images don't "fit" together visually, or both. Therefore, you don't want to get into the habit of "comparing apples with oranges". Simply, if your are having a garden wedding and outdoor reception, your imagery and your album design will be different than if you were having a traditional church wedding and hotel reception... if your album is "image driven" as all custom albums should be!

We just couldn't help ourselves. We just have to show you what our traditional film storybook albums looked like. When you're performing a coverage to create individual photographs for an album, everything has to be perfect... for each and every photo! You just couldn't hide poor technical quality and unskilled camerawork when shooting film, like you can now with digital. Why do you suppose there are so many wedding photographers nowadays?
We shoot digital with the same skill that we used to shoot film!
